Introduction
This policy explains how Warriors Holding S.A.S. handles the personal data you share with us through this site. By using the site and submitting your data, you accept the practices described here.
Data we collect
When you request an evaluation we collect: name, email, WhatsApp number, your Spotify artist profile link and, optionally, your YouTube channel. We may also collect basic technical browsing data.
How we use it
We use your data to evaluate your catalog, contact you, schedule a Discovery Call and provide our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Analytics
We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to understand site usage in aggregate. We do not use this information to personally identify you.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers needed to operate: hosting (Vercel), automation and request handling (N8N) and analytics (Umami). Each processes data under its own policies.
Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes described or while a relationship with you exists. After that we delete or anonymize it.
Your rights
Under Law 1581 of 2012 (habeas data) in Colombia, you can request access, rectification, update or deletion of your data by writing to hello@warriorsholding.co.
